Paid orders only (Paid, Being framed, Shipped, Delivered, Replacement, Refunded), by order date. Planned costs are the estimates saved in each order's Costing box; actual costs come from the bills entered under Actual costs on each paid order (a cost with no bill yet stays at its planned figure, shown in italics). Both include the actual extra cost of any replacement (less insurance received); refunds and cancelled Siva orders are taken into account. Sales are shown with VAT; margin is on net sales (excluding VAT and the payment fee).

Every amount owed to a partner for paid orders, by month. Artists (painting price, commission, print and licence royalties, rework) are billed with one consolidated invoice a month; frame shops, print shops and couriers invoice each job unless set to monthly under Artists & sellers. When a customer is refunded after delivery, the artist's agreed recovery % (Artists & sellers, else Pricing → Margin & charges) comes back with a debit note (a vendor credit in Zoho, Reference# = the order number): the month shows their invoice for 100% and the debit note beside it. A line turns Billed once the partner's bill is in Zoho (Check Zoho on the order) or, for suppliers, once they enter their invoice in their portal.
Works go live on their date automatically (09:00 Dubai), newest first. Change any field, then press Save changes; to change many works at once, tick them and use Change … Apply to selected. Sold works stay on the website marked “Sold”; hidden ones don't show. Prices are set only in the Pricing tab; each work shows the price the website shows now.
Fixed website prices for each artwork: the artist's price (he gives it under "My works & prices") + courier India → Dubai + customs + frame work + frame (by style) + margin + card charges + courier Dubai → customer. Change any input to simulate, compare with the market, then approve: the prices show on the website.
One entry per customer (BP-…), kept up to date from their orders. Change a customer here, or they change their own details on the website (My details): the change goes to their open orders too.
Pick a tab; Save settings saves every tab at once. Prices and margins are in the Pricing tab.
Each offer can show a banner across the top of the website, appear on the Offers page (art.pranixtechno.com/offers.html, easy to share), and carry a discount code that customers type on their order.
For people you know: never shown on the website or the Offers page. The person enters the code on their order under My enquiries & orders (like any offer code). A discount voucher gives % off or off for a set number of orders; a gift card holds an amount in dirhams that is used up over their orders.
Your list: seniors, Little Artists, top students, healthy-life rewards and more. Switched-on programmes show to signed-in customers under My enquiries & orders, where they apply. You approve or decline each request below. Ongoing: becomes the customer's standard discount (taken off when you send the price, until the end date). One-time: the customer gets a code that only works with their email (FOC: a gift card up to the cap). Proof files are deleted when you decide. A programme discount doesn't stack with offers, vouchers or offer prices.
Artists (“Become an artist” on the website, with sample works) and craft sellers apply on the portal. You approve them with a commission % (added on top of their price) and a delivery fee for orders Kalai collects and delivers. Each listing needs your approval before it shows on the website.
Fully automatic: every day the website puts up the next Thirukkural (Aram and Porul) in Tamil, English and Arabic, at the hour set in Settings → Timings. You don't need to type anything here.
Our emblem. Upload a picture you have the right to use (square works best).
Old hand-written messages (not shown on the website)
One message is on the website at a time; publishing replaces the current one. Translation is automatic (Amazon Translate): read it before publishing, especially the Arabic.

Customers rate an order once it is Delivered. Only reviews where the customer ticked “you may show my first name and review” can be published; published reviews appear in “What our customers say” on the website.
